You know by now that here at my dad rocks, I love a good rock tune and going above and beyond to fulfil this is the brilliant band Lady Silver with their latest release ‘News Of The World’!
In ‘News of the World’, Lady Silver show their talent for indie-rock songwriting with the guitar-driven release, demonstrating how they are strong competitors to be looked out for on the music scene.
I think that Lady Silver really shines in their sparkling hooks and fearless exploration of indie-rock. Lady Silver take the indie rule book, throw it to one side and let their imagination run wild in their latest track.
Taking influences from Queens of the Stone Age, Foals, Arctic Monkeys, Black Keys, and Mother’s Cake. Sending you back to being in school, during your break listening to the classic 2007 indie bangers, like a cocoon of nostalgia. It’s hard to miss the drums and guitar riffs running through the whole track; breaking the mould from other indie acts currently.
I believe that their innovative and unique sound will resonate with the music scene. I and many of their other fans are eagerly awaiting the new album Circus Pop. For now, be sure to check out ‘News of the World’ you won’t be disappointed.
